We are seeking someone who wants to become the operational backbone of a respected, stable, beloved family chiropractic practice.

Healthy Life Chiropractic has cared for San Francisco families for over a decade. Many of our patients have trusted us with their care — and their children’s care — for years. We are looking for a calm, highly organized, people-centered leader who wants a long-term professional home helping both patients and staff thrive.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk administrative role. This is for someone who enjoys being in the center of a busy, positive healthcare environment — guiding patient experience, supporting the team, solving problems, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This position combines patient leadership, operations coordination, and office management.
Approximately:
60% hands-on patient support and clinic flow coordination• 40% operations, reporting, HR coordination, and financial management
Responsibilities include:
Supporting front desk flow and maintaining an exceptional patient experience
Answering phones and scheduling appointments when needed
Presenting financial arrangements and helping patients understand their care plans
Posting payments and managing patient accounts with empathy and clarity
Insurance verification and reimbursement coordination
Ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships
Coordinating with the owner, chiropractors, assistants, and bookkeeper
Running reports and tracking office performance metrics
Helping maintain a warm, organized, welcoming environment for families

SCHEDULE
Full-time salaried (exempt) 40 hours per week
Clinic hours fall between:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 8:00am–6:15pm, and Rotating Saturdays 7:45am–11:30am
COMPENSATION
$70,000–$80,000 depending on experience
Monthly performance bonuses(Most successful managers earn $500–$1500+ per month)
