I’m Rob, founder of an AI startup near Ghirardelli Square. I’m looking for an exceptionally organized and technically-inclined assistant to bring structure and calm to my personal life professional projects. The role is a mix of personal assistant duties and executive support for my AI startup. You need to be a regular user of AI tools, and use (or very open/able to learn/use) services like Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM. Punctuality, flexibility, and strong communication skills are key.
What you’ll do:
- Manage personal tasks using AI tools including scheduling, emails, shopping/returns, errands, finances/bills, and household activities.
- Research: find/learn/use AI services, content drafting
- Ad-hoc tasks ranging from simple to complex problem-solving

My life is fast-moving, and so is the life of a startup. Also, I have ADHD, so I need help with structure, prioritizing, staying on track. Some tasks are routine & straightforward, others will require creative problem-solving and anticipating needs.

- Tech-savvy & fluent with Google Suite, Slack, and pre-inclined to learn & use AI platforms
