Well-established construction company in San Francisco is looking for a reliable Office Assistant with construction industry experience ONLY.
We are seeking someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Dispatching crews and coordinating schedules
• Customer service and communication with clients
• Office management and administrative support
• Managing calendars for project managers and field supervisors
• Scheduling inspections and permits with the city
• Using CRM systems to track projects and client communication
• Assisting with AI tools and technology to improve office workflow
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the construction industry is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with dispatching and scheduling
• Familiar with permits and inspections process
• Comfortable using CRM systems
• Experience using AI tools is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work independently
