Tax & accounting company is looking to fill an open position for an office assistant / receptionist. This position is not a remote or virtual position. Duties will include answering the phone, greeting clients, scanning & filing documents. Communicating with other staff member to notify them that documents were received. Experience working with PC computers in a professional service setting. Must be comfortable interacting in person, by phone & by email with clients. An ability to provide good customer service in a fast paced environment.
