Our client, a reputable and highly regarded tech-related nonprofit is looking the fill the need for a long-term temporary Development and Membership Assistant. This position reports on-site five days per week, to the San Francisco office (Near Civic Center BART). The assignment is expected to last about three to four months, with the possibility of extension as needed, with a tentative start date of Monday, August 24th.

Pay Rate: $32.00 / Hour
Responsibilities:
Routine data entry into the customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ensuring all data is entered timely and with high attention to detail
Processing and sending out membership gifts
Data administration including updates to information, records or duplicate profile merging
Conduct regular audits of donor and member data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, organizing documents, and preparing materials as requested from supervisors
Create and send bulk email communications using approved templates and messaging
Review and finalize email campaigns and standardized content for accuracy and consistency
Draft and publish social media content to support fundraising initiatives and events
Maintain organization event calendar listings
Provide general administrative support, including email triage, receipt generation, and responding to inquiries to membership team
Assist with event and conference logistics, including preparing materials, coordinating supplies, and supporting outreach efforts
Conduct venue research and coordinate logistics for regional programs and events
Coordinate communications and scheduling with internal and external speakers and event participants
Support event guests and speakers by providing information, arranging accommodations, and addressing special requests
Assist in administrative or special project related tasks as arise
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess at least one year of administrative or clerical related work experience. Experience in Microsoft Office applications is desired. Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce), or donor databases (Raisers Edge) is preferred. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and client-service mentality. Ability to support a fast-paced environment with prioritization of work accordingly. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, organization abilities and effective time management. A positive, collaborative, and team-oriented candidate is highly desired for this role.
