Job Title: Executive Assistant for Fast Growing Property Management Company
Location: Remote / Hybrid (approx. 40% Field Work)
*The Mission*
City View Partners is looking for a proactive, sharp-witted Executive Assistant to support our two Founding Partners. You won't just be managing calendars; you will be the glue that holds our operations together. No two days will necessarily be the same. One day you will be leading a new project initiative from end to end, another you will be meeting with vendors to review design options for a unit turnover. All the while you will be gaining valuable real estate experience and helping grow a business from the ground up.
This role is unique—60% of your time will be spent mastering remote administrative workflows, while 40% will involve being our "eyes and ears" on-site at our properties.
*Core Responsibilities*
Strategic Inbox & Calendar Management
Act as the primary gatekeeper, triaging emails and prioritizing urgent tenant or owner communications.
Seamlessly coordinate meetings, property inspections, and vendor walkthroughs.
The "Field" Factor (40%)
Conduct occasional property site visits to ensure quality control and City View Partners standards.
Meet vendors or contractors on-site when the Partners are unavailable.
Coordinate "key handoffs" or minor on-site troubleshooting as needed.
Operational Support
Drafting and sending lease agreements, management contracts, and notices.
Liaising with maintenance teams to ensure work orders are moving from "Pending" to "Complete."
Assisting with light bookkeeping, expense tracking, and monthly owner reports.
Project Coordination
Managing the "onboarding" process for new properties added to the portfolio.
Researching local market trends, rental comps, and new tools to take our business to the next level

*Requirements*
2+ years of experience in an EA or Operations role (Real Estate or Property Management experience is a massive plus).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail — you’re the person who catches the typo in a $5,000 lease.
