Customer Service & Social Media Representative – Arch Plumbing Inc. (San Francisco)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Arch Plumbing Inc. is a busy, growing plumbing contractor in San Francisco. We take pride in professionalism, teamwork, and great customer service. We’re looking for someone who can be the voice of our company when customers call, while also helping us maintain a simple, steady presence online.
Your Role
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling service
Dispatch technicians to jobs, keeping communication clear and organized
Light social media support (posting updates, photos, and short videos)
Create simple video content for company use (see application requirement below)
Support office team with customer service and light administrative tasks

Strong communication skills, friendly and professional phone presence
Basic computer knowledge (email, scheduling software, social media platforms)
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Must be able to function in a high-paced environment.
