Home Remodeling Contractor in San Francisco Seeking Administrative Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Office-Based)
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: 6 hours per day to start (8:00 AM–3:00 PM or 9:00 AM–4:00 PM), with potential to grow into full-time

Mission Home Remodeling is a fast-growing San Francisco–based remodeling company specializing in full home remodels, ADUs, kitchens, and bathrooms. Since launching in 2022, we have built a strong reputation for high-level customer service and quality craftsmanship. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to grow with us.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in keeping daily office operations organized and efficient. This person will support project managers and leadership by managing communication, scheduling, ordering, and general office coordination. This is an entry- to mid-level role with strong opportunity for growth. We are seeking someone reliable, efficient, organized, and proactive.
Responsibilities
Communication & Coordination
• Answer incoming calls and texts; filter voicemails
• Monitor and manage email accounts
• Monitor WhatsApp and forward messages as needed
Scheduling
• Schedule city inspections
• Coordinate porta potties
• Send calendar invites for Project Managers
• Track company holidays
Office Management
• Place office and material orders (Amazon, Instacart, etc.)
• Order water, Nespresso, snacks, and supplies
• Receive and organize mail and packages
• Keep office stocked and organized
• Light office upkeep (cleaner comes monthly; take trash out as needed)
Printing & Documentation
• Print drawings and daily requests
• Maintain ink, toner, and paper supplies
Company Support
• Plan internal company events
• Assist the marketing department with charity initiatives
• Assist with company announcements
Qualifications
• Administrative or office experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and proactive
• Construction industry experience is a plus
