The bass drum has the original calf skin heads, and sounds fantastic.
If you're looking to add a unique low end to your live set or beef up your kick drum when recording, this drum is a gem.
It's been kept in a smoke-free studio for the 15 years that I've owned it, has been played infrequently and has only been used for recording purposes. The drum is in great condition and while I love it, I don’t play it enough. As I believe instruments are meant to be played by people that appreciate them, my loss is your gain.
I would also be willing to deliver it anywhere in San Francisco for an additional $20.
