New, never used. For transporting electronic instruments and/or amplifiers, you’d probably want to line the bottom of the box with a thinnish layer of dense foam or an old yoga mat. If you are interested in checking it out, please let me know the best days and times that work for you. On weekdays, I am usually free after 4 PM. On weekends, I am variably flexible.
The interior dimensions of the “box “portion are as follows:

The actual “box “portion is5.5” deep.
From the bottom of the box to the top of the upper rail is17.75”
