Epiphone ES-339 with modifications and hardshell case - $380 (nob hill)

I am not the original owner, but here are the modifications that I know have been done to the guitar:
- the neck finish of the neck has been scraped down to get rid of the sticky polyurethane finish
- the pickups have been swapped out for Seymour Duncan Phat Cat P90s
- the potentiometers have been swapped to full-sized 500k CTS pots
- the tuners have been swapped for Klusons, with an increased 19:1 tuning ratio (https://www.stewmac.com/parts-and-hardware/tuning-machines/solid-peghead-guitar-tuning-machines/kluson-33-revolution-series-g-mount-tuners/?variationCode=5163-N)
The guitar does have some flaws:
- a scratch on the finish on the lower bout near the control knobs
- a broken pickup ring for the bridge pickup
The guitar comes with:
- Epiphone aftermarket hardshell case
- original pickguard
