It’s in decent shape - all of the buttons work; 3 of the faders are somewhat flaky, though they do sometimes work properly, and can be replaced if you’re handy. This still works with the current version of PT when running under Rosetta on a Mac. I don’t know about how it works with a PC, probably fine.
