This head is very functional but at times it can sometimes be a little crackly, so I've since upgraded. I am the original owner, bought directly from Carvin sometime in the early 2000's. It's just been taking up space so hopefully someone out there can get some mileage out of it (or is looking for a project if they think they can fix the crackling). Foot switch is included, but I seem to have misplaced the power cord so unless I find it NO POWER SUPPLY (should be easy enough to find a replacement online). I will be able to plug it in for you at my practice space though.

$50 obo as-is, located near 4th and Bryant (I'm not there every day so let me know when you might be able to swing by when you message me).
