Yamaha vino 50cc classic scooter 2009 with pink slip - $1,300 (Daly City)

Hi everyone! Selling my recently purchased street legal Yamaha scooter 50cc. I’m getting a street bike instead! It runs, the gas gage is broken, but got me around. I’m not a mechanic. Not sure what it needs. I paid 1800 for it. No clue what it’s worth. He wanted 2,000 I said 1800 and he took it. Asking 1700. Located in Pacifica. It has some cosmetic issues but we painted it and due to weather the paint cracked in places it is NOT manifold. When you sit in it the guy did some alterations and placed where the plastic must have gone with some kind of fiberglass not sure? See all photos please.
