Our current teammate is moving on into great pursuits with his work and passion for art. Whilst very excited and happy for him to follow his passion and dreams, we are in need of his replacement! We are offering a consist part time opportunity. As a member of the team, you would be responsible for printing posters, carefully packaging said posters for pick-up, mail order, or delivery; and other admin responsibilities. We've been operating and doing business in the Inner Sunset neighborhood for 12 years. And, we would love to continue serving the San Francisco and Bay Area. ***TRAINING PROVIDED***
Compensation: Flat amount per month w/commission + bonus opportunities
Time Expectation: 1-2 hours per day Monday-Friday (morning or evening). The 1-2 hours/day is an average. Business is seasonal, some weeks you will only need to go in a few times a week, other times of year it will be every day. It balances out pretty evenly. Thus, you will get paid the same amount regardless of it being a slow week (you go in the office 1-2x/week) or a busy week (you're in the office daily). Flexibility to stay longer, if needed, i.e. higher # of orders and/or technical issues (this can and will happen at some point), is important. Especially in the beginning while you're learning.
Ideal Candidate: A reliable, trustworthy, consistent someone that lives in the Inner Sunset. Preferably has a car for poster delivery (within SF ONLY; Exception: Large group orders ONLY). Perhaps a UCSF student, art/design, tech professional looking to supplement income, or anyone who is somewhat tech savvy, doesn't get flustered easily, patient, pays attention to detail, and has a flexible schedule looking to supplement income.
