Recommissioning this beauty. Extremely rare mint original with low miles. Beautiful big bore 2 stroke. Light weight 2 stroke on and off road machine. Nimble and easy to ride on the trails. Capable of cruising at highway speeds with tall final gearing. Big mid-range torque and wide ration 5 speed transmission are a great combo. Excellent Suzuki quality and styling. Rare and collectible investment quality classic. The Apache is a great dual sport bike. A 50-year-old classic in excellent condition. This all original TS looks and performs like new with only 3,642 miles. Cycle World Magazine considered the TS400 sleek, reliable and stylish. Steam cleaned and degreased. Prepped and painted kick stand, shift lever, exhaust pipe, heat shield, inside rear fender, swing arm, frame and shock springs. Polished all-aluminum and chrome including ignition cover, clutch cover, wheel hubs and spokes, front fork lowers, etc. Buffed and polished fuel tank and fenders. New NGK spark plugs. New parts battery. New ignition key. Fuel tank drained, flushed, cleaned and inspected. Treated fuel tank with Evap-O-Rust. New fuel lines. New fuel filter. New VP94 non-ethanol fuel. New air filter element. New injector oil Si7. Installed new check valve in oil injector feed line. Bled oil injector system. New Spectro 10w40 gear lube. New ties. Set tires pressure to 36 psi. New gold final drive chain. Adjusted chain after test ride. New front brake lever. New clutch lever. All new instrument light bulbs. Repaired taillight. Repaired rear turn signals.
