Perfect Spring and Summer city scooter! Just replaced tires and did oil change, etc. This was cosmetically damaged and I repaired it + registered it with a Salvage Title. That includes a Safety inspection and CHP sign off. Runs perfectly, Totally safe and easy to insure, etc. No mechanical issues at all - 100% reliable and fast. There was damage to the seat and the side covers when I bought it plus one tail light was broken. I installed a new seat cover, grips, replaced light and did a pretty good job with the scratch and dents.
