type: sport bike

condition: excellent
engine displacement (CC): 1088
motor: gas
odometer: 43,600
title status: clean

Only 50 of this model were imported into the USA, making it a fairly rare upgraded version of the V11 LeMans (1100cc twin with 5 speed transmission).

Well maintained and in excellent condition, this Guzzi features:
Ohlins suspension (shock was rebuilt about 1,500 miles ago by DesMoto Sport in SF, which also set sag, preload, and compression for this 155 pound 71-year-old rider).
Factory titanium exhaust pipes and canisters
Factory racing ECU
Distinctive two-tone red paint (there is no bubbling of graphics)
Shaft drive eliminates chain maintenance hassles
Factory steering damper

Recent maintenance:
Valve clearance adjustment and throttle body synchronization
SCUD shift paw return spring (redesigned to prevent breakage) and lever spring
New rear wheel bearings, drive seals, needle bearing, gear oil
U-joints and swing arm bearings lubricated
New rear brake master cylinder
Spark plugs
Fuel hoses and tank fittings
Air filter
Michelin Pilot Power tires
Front fender extender
All fluids
New headlight and shell (metal, not plastic)

With the Ohlins suspension and an engine that pulls like a locomotive, this is very fun and versatile ride, and handles particularly well on twisty roads. It gets lots of compliments and the Ti exhaust sounds great without being annoyingly loud.

$8500 obo
Bring cash and M1 license for test ride.
