We are a West Los Angeles law firm looking to hire SEO associate to build our local and organic presence. Candidate must also have extensive experience with content proofreading/editing, site host management, and Wordpress.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a driven, highly motivated individual to assist the Marketing Director. You must have a comprehensive understanding of SEO, knowledge of and ability to analyze/improve on-page and off-page ranking factors.
We are looking for a detail oriented, organized individual to join our marketing team. The SEO associate supports a variety of projects within the marketing department. Reporting directly to our Marketing Director. Hired SEO Associate will serve as administrative and creative support to the entire marketing team.
EXPERIENCE, ATTITUDES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum 2 years experience managing websites, SEO, and content for law firm or other B2C business.
MUST be focused, incredibly organized, show excellent attention to detail
MUST be able to work in-house, 40 hours a week at our West LA office.
MUST take direction - - will implement assignments provided by Marketing Manager
MUST be a team player
MUST be able to multitask
MUST be punctual and dependable
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Ability to configure/monitor Google Analytics for multiple websites
Ability to configure/monitor Google Search console for multiple websites
Ability to work autonomously, and also able to follow specific directions.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members.
English Fluency w/ excellent spelling, grammar, editing and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Self-starter with a natural willingness to get the job done
Link Building for various case types: researching opportunities, outreach, ordering content and following process through to live link.
Manage FB Ad campaigns: build target audience and continually optimize creative
Track rankings for multiple sites & multiple local listings
Troubleshoot server, DNS, and performance issues for multiple sites.
Maintain/Update website content and order/edit new content from our writers/bloggers
Oversee content creators and developers to carry out your strategy Work both independently and within a team structure
Order new content, edit/proofread and follow internal approval processes
Regularly review sites for accuracy, page speed, UX and overall quality.
Posting content and make updates/improvements to Wordpress websites and local profiles.
Monitor and Report opportunities and threats to sites and online assets
Utilize SEO Tools to report rankings, issues, and opportunities for the marketing team
Manage online reputation, including responding to client reviews
Stay up to date on the latest SEO strategies and technologies
