GUITAR LESSONS with Guitarist that worked with BILLY PRESTON (San Francisco)

offered virtually
In person or Online Lessons using FaceTime , Zoom or whatever format you prefer.

Ever wonder how some players can fit into most any playing situation or style ?

Or can play on just even one chord and have it sound good or musical ?

So whether you are just starting off, or have been playing for years and have found that your musicality still hasn’t changed much in spite of your improved technique or how much music theory you may have learned

I can point you in the right direction -

I am offering Guitar / Music Lessons for Electric or Acoustic Guitar in a variety of
styles I also teach Bass and Keyboards

Music Lessons are applicable to all instruments.

Beginners welcome.

I have 40 years playing and teaching experience, I’ve taught :
Classes at Stanfords STARTS elective program and Jazz workshop.
Seminars, Band Workshops and Classes, at Blue Bear School of Music SF.
As well as my own private lessons through the years

I’ve played with ‘name’ people you have heard and some you may never have heard in 60's,70's, 80's Pop, R&B, Blues, Instrumental music, Southern style, Singer Songwriters, African, Acoustic, Dawg,
G D, Latin, Funk, Jazz and Gospel.

But the style doesn't matter so much as to how to approach the whole thing.

We can use any style, song or instrument you want to explain how all the elements work together to develop your insight and feel to make you a better musician.

It's not just about theory or 'concepts' but learning how to be 'musical' and the things that make that happen that we can apply regardless of style .... so that you can think more like a developed player regardless of your playing level whether you or know / play 3 chords or 300 chords.

We can also work on a more compositional approach to your rhythm playing and soloing
or even work on songwriting.

Wherever you are with your playing and development we will improve it.
