Ciao,
Stefania

Frittata is a popular dish in Italy. It's easy and fun to make.
4 uova
2 patate
(Rosmarino ma non e' necessario)
Un poco di formaggio, sale e pepe
Olio per friggere

Frittata with potatoes
4 eggs
2 potatoes
(Rosemary, nice but not necessary)
A little bit of cheese and a pinch of salt
Olive oil (for cooking)

Buon appetito

1) Cut the 2 potatoes into little cubes
2) Fry the potatoes in olive oil with the rosemary until they reach a golden color
3) Scramble the eggs in a bowl with finely grated cheese, salt and pepper
4) Add more oil into the pan where you are cooking the potatoes
5) Make sure the oil is hot enough and then add the eggs to the pan with the potatoes
6) Let it cook for few minutes (3-4 minutes) and then when the frittata is light and brown along the edges, flip the frittata using a plate, so it can cook on the other side. (Place a large plate on top of the pan face down and simply turn the pan and plate - with the frittata in the middle- flipping the frittata on to the plate, then slide the frittata back into the pan to finish cooking).

Enjoy!
