EXPERIENCED WORKERS' COMPENSATION LEGAL SECRETARY
The San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Workers' Compensation Legal Secretary who is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, professional, reliable, able to efficiently multi-task on a busy desk; handle heavy follow-up on matters. Prioritizing is a must.
Minimum requirements include:
3 to 5 years of current workers' compensation experience
a high school diploma
high level of expertise with MS Word, Forms Workflow, Outlook and Excel
Candidate should be comfortable navigating state court website, working with a variety of computer software programs and capable of quickly learning new ones as needed. In addition, candidate must be able to perform all necessary manual calendaring, generate TOA and TOC, proof reading, spelling and formatting, and must have experience in EAMS filing with the WCAB.
