Downtown San Francisco firm seeks receptionist to work from 7:45PM-4:15 PM M-F on a temporary assignment that will last 1 plus month though may last through the end of the year.

The ideal candidate will have prior receptionist experience working in a professional environment, be comfortable answering a multi-line phone system, screening and directing incoming calls and greeting visitors.

The receptionist will be working alongside a team of dedicated and experienced receptionists at the firm.
The office services assistant role would primarily consist of distributing mail to the office, photocopying and organizing documents, and assisting on other administrative tasks. This assignment would be ideal for anyone interested in getting law firm office experience. The hours for this assignment would be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
