General Laborer Needed for landscaping company (potrero hill)

Labor needed for landscaping company. Current job is erosion control in Duties include physical labor, unloading rock/gravel from truck. While using a winch ststem, up steps and onto steeply sloping front yard, dump and spread out and designated areas. For the right person this has the potential to turn into more work going forward. I am NOT looking for a journeyman carpenter, and can't pay those wages. Job includes building terraces with short retaining walls with 6"x6"X8' landscape timbers that are heavy. Installing Geo-Grid and rock / soil in it's cavities. Adding drainage behind walls. Laying topsoil around exposed roots to protect them. This is not easy work but it isn't rocket surgery either. However, paying attention to what we're doing is key, as you could hurt yourself if you don't. You simply must be able to follow directions. If you have a better way of doing something, I'm open to hearing that absolutely. Pay is $25 to start, experience isn't a must but the right person must be teachable and I will train the right person. I'll pay bonuses if you can do the job without having to retrain each day. I'm a personable guy, friendly, easy going, and generous.

Job will last 10 to 14 days if you can't commit to the whole thing, that's okay, but I would prefer that you could. If you need to work around another job or school, I could probably accommodate this so fill me in.
