REQUIREMENTS:
Valid CA drivers license (with no violations) a plus.
Must be able to pass drug test
Reliable means of transportation
Proven ability to be prompt and on time every day
Must be able to take direction and work well with others.
Must be knowledgeable in landscape maintenance.
Irrigation experience & troubleshooting a plus.
Basic mechanical aptitude
Organized, safe & efficient work is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Willingness to work outdoors
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout the day.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Basic knowledge of:
Landscape Maintenance
Plumbing
Painting
DAILY CHORES:
General community maintenance.
Grounds keeping, including mowing grass, pull weeds, trim and prune trees and shrubs, water lawns and plants, replacement light bulbs in common areas, sweeping or raking leaves, and tidying up bark or other ground covering.
Starting pay: $23.00 an hour
