What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
*Positive, outgoing, and respectful with coworkers and clients

*Professional in appearance and demeanor
*Motivated to finish the workday strong and see projects through to completion
Required Skills & Qualifications
*A strong plus but not manditory: Experience installing window treatments.
Comfortable using:
*Tape measure
*Pencil
*Levels
*Drill/driver
*Cutting tools
*Wall Fastners
*Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence with tools
*Speaks English clearly and can communicate with clients and team members (spanish also a plus)
*Able to follow instructions, plans, and installation standards consistently
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work (day starts in Brisbane, CA each day) This is not a remote position.
*Readable handwriting / penmanship for measurements and job notes
What You’ll Be Doing
*Installing manual and motorized window coverings
*Measuring, cutting, and mounting hardware accurately
*Working in the highend residential market
*Representing our company professionally on every project
*Collaborating with team members to keep projects on schedule
