Vintage Whiting and Davis necklace with hematite glass stone in filigree pendant. $40
Likely from around the 1980s, featuring a silver-tone filigree pendant with a hematite or black glass intaglio stone. The pendant is ornately designed with floral and leafy motifs surrounding the oval-shaped stone, and a small tag near the clasp identifies the maker as Whiting & Davis. The necklace chain is also silver-toned and appears to be about 22-24 inches long. Similar necklaces by Whiting & Davis are described as having a deeply carved intaglio stone depicting a trio of trumpet flowers or other floral designs. These necklaces are considered collectible vintage pieces and are often sought after for their intricate metalwork and classic design.
