We’re recruiting 30 women to participate in a free 30-day pilot program designed to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
The program is being developed by two recent Stanford graduates who are incorporating insights from Stanford-led research in women’s health, physiology, and data-driven health management. Our goal is to better understand women’s experiences during this life stage and build a tool that provides clarity and support.
Many women experience changes in sleep, energy, mood, weight, and overall health during perimenopause and menopause, but struggle to make sense of symptoms and scattered health data. This program helps bring structure and understanding to that information.
What you’ll receive (at no cost):
* Integration of your existing health data (labs, wearables, symptoms)
* Clear insights and patterns related to your health
* A personalized action plan for the month
* Weekly check-ins and ongoing support
* Guidance on what to track and what matters most
This program is part of early research and product development. It is not medical care and does not replace a primary care provider. If you’re interested, please reply and I will follow up via email. Thank you!
