HireArt is looking to hire a Talent Analyst to work on-site at our client's San Francisco office on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll support HR efforts across a variety of functions. 

These efforts include supporting annual HR programs, maintaining accurate HR-related data, advising employees and managers on routine issues, improving processes, and working on projects that involve HR managers/executives and cross-functional teams. 

We’re seeking individuals with at least two years of HR-related experience and a strong interest in developing an HR career. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing HR-related data in Workday and MS Excel as well as sound organizational, communication, and time management skills. 


  • Accurately record data changes in HR-related systems (e.g. Workday).
  • Handle day-to-day HR administration including processing transfers, drafting HR documents, auditing data, etc.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify themes from interviews and exit surveys.
  • Prepare ad hoc HR reports and collect, conduct basic analysis, and present on HR-related data.
  • Field questions and concern from employees.
  • Support effort of annual HR programs (e.g. Annual Compensation Reviews, Murmur survey, etc).
  • Present information to employees/managers related to HR programs/initiatives.
  • Create well-crafted presentations that are clear, convincing, concise, etc.
  • Escalate matters to Talent Generalists and Talent Partners as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience
  • Proven record of accomplishment utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to use sound judgment and solve problems proactively
  • An eye for detail with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong interest in developing a Human Resources career
  • Hands-on experience administering Workday is strongly preferred
  • Solid working knowledge of HRIS workflow, reports development, and support is preferred

Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 6-month contract position through HireArt and based in San Francisco, CA.
