HireArt is looking to hire an Executive Recruiting Team Coordinator to work on-site at our client's San Francisco office on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll support the Head of Executive Recruiting with administrative and project-based responsibilities.

This may include scheduling of executive meetings, coordination of meetings with internal and external parties, managing details of executive interviewing process (communications, data and applicant tracking system management), and more.  

We’re looking for an Executive Recruiting Team Coordinator with previous experience in administrative support and a passion for building incredible teams. The ideal candidate is also an exceptional communicator, highly organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • High-volume calendaring, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Communicate effectively with executive clients and external executive recruiting vendors.
  • Enter data into Applicant Tracking Systems, compile information and reports, and perform basic data analysis. 
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication 
  • Highly organized, acute attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge and application of digital collaboration tools

Commitment: This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 12-month contract position through HireArt and based in San Francisco, CA.
