Professional cleaning of both home and office spaces, in particular private residences and units that are frequently used for AirBnB and other such rentals. Detail cleaning of common areas, such as kitchen (oven/stove, refrigerator, cabinets and drawers), bathroom (tub/shower, sink, toilet, tiles), living rooms and dining rooms. Sweep, mop and vacuum floors including baseboards. Dust and wipe all surfaces. Maintenance of all stairwells and hallways.
• Regular communication with clients regarding areas of need and stocking of cleaning materials.
• After event clean up; after holiday clean up.
Make an appointment to discuss details and get an estimate. First time is a deep cleaning (a higher rate). Regular cleanings are a flat rate depending on frequency.
