Hi. I'm selling my gorgeous Swedish White Metal Floor Lamp by Ola Wihlborg for Ikea, 2000s. In like new condition. Fabulous and iconic contemporary round white and acrylic floor lamp. Ola Wihlborg designed this masterpiece in a very limited edition for Ikea in Sweden in 2000. This piece is unique as it has a white powder-coated round steel construction with a plastic shade. The lower structure is a cone combined with the upper section building and heterogeneous and dynamic mix of lines. This piece will be ideal for a contemporary project or an experimental space-age project. Ola Wihlborg studied at Beckmans School of Design and has received a number of awards and honors including the following: Red Dot Design Award, Ikea Scholarship. Furthermore, Wihlborg has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions, such as “Stars” Galerie Pascal, Design Bienalen St. Eenga, Swedish Design in Tokyo, 100% Design London and Möbelmässan Stockholm.
