I am in search of a 1 to 2 bedroom, one bathroom residence, long-term 12 month lease (Late October to November 15th Move In), within San Francisco. My boyfriend and I are local to SF, and are ready for a new home!
Ideal neighborhoods: NOPA/Alamo, ingleside, bernal heights/cortland, dolores, noe valley, Presidio, Western Addition, inner sunset, richmond district, laurel heights, castro, duboce triangle, etc. We are two young professionals (both in finance), from the city, non-smokers, no pets, come with references, and our budget is around $3,000 max.
Wants: wash/dryer in building or in-unit, dish washer, natural light.
Less important wants: yard/balcony, parking (street that isn't impacted, or an actual spot).
