Hello, I’m a 50+ year-old retired Law Enforcement and recently accepted a Government position in San Francisco. I currently live in the Sacramento suburbs with my wife and kids, and will be returning home every weekend. I am looking for a small studio or in-law unit, to rent in a safe and quiet neighborhood in SF during the workweek. Looking to pay around $1500.
A little about me:
• Retired law-enforcement professional — trustworthy, family man and respectful.
• Excellent credit, references, reliable, non-smoker, no pets.
• Very quiet, clean, and rarely home except for sleep.
• No partying, no guests, no drama.
