Looking for a studio or 1bed apartment in SF. In the city - not in Berkeley, not in Oakland, not in Daly City.

Preferable neighborhoods:
* Hayes Valley
* Inner Sunset
* Inner Richmond
* Cole Valley
* Japantown
* Lower Pacific Heights
* Haight-Ashbury

Budget: $3k max

Dates: Need availability that starts between 6/15-6/29, ie, move-in second half of June.

Do not require parking. Preferable to have in-unit W/D.
