Hi im looking to barter free utilities and 2 bedroom apt for move out cleanings. I usually charge $125 an hr for cleanings but I can do up to 6 Move Out Cleanings a months. Anything afterwards I can negotiate a cheaper rate. I also sometimes volunteer at food banks so I do get a boat load of stuff if your hungry.
