We are a couple looking for a studio in-law apartment or a large room with a separate entrance and a private bathroom. We need two single beds but might be able to provide our own.
A kitchen is not necessary but if possible we would like a small refrigerator. We don't need a parking space because we don't have a car. We don't have pets. We don't smoke and we don't want to be around smoke.
