42yo Single Professional Looking for an Inlaw Unit (or room) (San Francisco)

Hey All!
I am a 42 year old single male professional who works remote from home in the web hosting industry. Moving back to San Francisco after many years away. I don't smoke, I have no pets, and I am quiet and responsible. My credit score is 780. I am preferably looking for an inlaw type unit in the Sunset (or Richmond district) as these are the places I lived in my past and really loved the vibe. I am extremely fond of Asian cultures and I feel these particular neighborhoods really make me feel as if I am living back in Asia again. (I briefly lived in Taiwan)
I am not opposed to any other neighborhoods in the City though. So if I sound like a great tenant to you and you have a inlaw/room for me anywhere in SF proper then feel free to reach out. I am in the City for the next few weeks before a trip over to Taiwan so I am looking to hopefully find something before my trip.
