Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) – San Francisco
Hybrid Position | Adults & Couples | Supportive Group Practice
We are a warm, collaborative group psychotherapy practice located in the Financial District of San Francisco, and we’re looking for a licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) in California to join our team.
This position is ideal for a psychologist who enjoys working with adult professionals and couples and wants the freedom and autonomy of private practice without the burden of billing, marketing, or administrative work.
Position Overview
• Schedule: 2 days in-person in our beautiful SF office + 1 day via telehealth
• Client Focus: Individual therapy and couples therapy
• Population: Adult professionals navigating anxiety, work stress, relationship challenges, depression, PTSD, grief, and life transitions
• Flexibility: You choose your schedule and clinical focus within our referral base
• Caseload Build: We support a gradual and sustainable build of your caseload so you can grow at a comfortable pace
• Typical Caseload: Approximately 15–22 client sessions per week, depending on your preference
• Compensation: $125 per client hour, with opportunity for an increase after 1 year

Requirements
• Licensed Psychologist in California (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
• Experience and comfort working with adults and couples
• Commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
