Malabar Spinach plants. A heat-loving, vining plant with edible, heart-shaped, succulent leaves and is a good source of vitamins A and C, calcium, potassium, and iron. While the leaves can be eaten raw for a meaty, mild taste, it is best cooked, where the leaves become chewy and develop a texture similar to okra. It is a popular vegetable in Asian and Indian cuisines and can be grown from seeds or cuttings, thriving in warm, humid conditions and requiring a trellis or support to climb.

Grown naturally with only organic amendments.
