2 Nucs ($250 each)
Nucleus or Nucs are small established bee colony or starter bee colony. Each nuc has:
- Marked and mated 2025 Queen
- Healthy Bee Colony.
- Five frame deep drawn frames
- Local bees - mite resistant, hygienic, gentle and good honey producers. Bees whose honey are deemed Organic by USDA.
Beehive ($250 each)

Beekeeping Gear ($150)

- Samples of several items used to make white smoke.

At home bee lesson ($250 per visit - $500 for initial install)
- 2-3 hours hands-on personalized introductory class for you and your family, friends, neighbors.
- Next 3 months I personalize emails walking you through what do and what to look out for

- Unlimited phone and online support for first year of beekeeping assisting you through harvest and overwatering bees.
Please allot 2-3 hrs for install, orientation, Q and A
I can come to your house every month for $200 or you can choose remote learning (zoom/facetime/phone calls - unlimited virtual support free of charge).
If you already started and are having issues, my service only visit is also available. Pro-ration can be done if you already have some equipment.
You will need to provide your own
Beesuit and Bee gloves. I can’t stock the various size and style everyone prefers but once we connect I can provide suggestions.
You get what you pay for; cheap ones on Amazon are very thin that bees can sting through. I don’t use gloves as my bees are very gentle. Leather garden gloves works too (ones for roses with wrist protection and finger bends are excellent). Once you become comfortable working with these gentle creatures, thin nitrile glove works just fine.
Add-on service training $250 per visit:
Mite Control: We will do sugar shake or alcohol wash together. You can keep mite monitoring equipment. Treatment if necessary.
Swarm Control: Is my hive prepping to swarm? I’ll come over and work through inspections and describe what’s happening and we’ll do it together.
Harvesting Honey: We will harvest honey together at your house and bottle them.
Winter Prep: Hive balancing and close-up for winter. Lowering hives to 1 box. Winter storage of equipments.
Spring Arrival: Opening after winter and health check. Prep for honey harvest in spring.
