Seat Comfort: Firmer feel (about a 4 on a scale of 1-5, with 5 as very firm).

Fabric is clean and in excellent condition, no rips, tears, or stains. We're the original owner, and there are no smokers or pets in our household.
The only issue with the couch is that the click-clack mechanism only catches on one side in the full upright position. We've placed the couch against a wall to support that side and have had no issues.
Perfect for an office space and for guests.
