Very good condition with some signs of light normal wear.. table may have some tiny scratches and nicks here and there.. a few tiny stains on table, not too glaring.. has a little paint on the side that can be easily removed.. No serious condition issues overall.. Chair is made of very thick expensive weaved fabric.. Can use a steam cleaning..
