Note that the arms are different from the ones in the stock photos. The one I have are curves so you can walk yourself down and back up easily and at a pace you are comfortable with.

Great addition to a gym, exercise, physical therapy (PT), recovery, mobility, health, routine.

I have used it for relaxation and back tension release. I need to sell given life changes requiring downsizing. I will look to get one again in the future when I can.
