Charming farmhouse look to this single long drawered buffet with no attention to detail spared. Carved wood pulls on the drawer, iron gate style hinge accents, countoured paneling of the hand painted doors, and smooth curves on the dark stained top and vertical supports, scrolling details cut into the baseboard in an antiqued, simply elegant package. May very well be a vintage repro homage to a colonial make with "1781" carved into the face (American Revolutionary War?), though makers stamp/branding lend to it being not quite an antique. Cool felt lined silver drawer tuck in behind the right hand door to boot. Shows signs of wear/age and interior shelf is a bit light duty being slightly bowed.
