Incredible piece, sad to see it go. We just had a baby and need to make more room for her. In great condition overall.
Light surface scratches from normal use, but nothing major or really noticable. If you need a brand new surface, any stone worker can easily hone the marble surface for cheap as it's a small slab. But you likely won't find a need for this as there's no stains/ etching and it's very uniform. See the surface photos. Priced with a $3,400 discount off new as it's a used piece.
This piece is VERY heavy. The marble top is more than 200 lbs, and requires two movers to carry it, and three movers if you're going up stairs. The base is heavy, but easily moveable with two people. We put it on furniture sliders, and moving it around on a flat surface was easy with one person.
