All you need is a TV and any low-profile TV wall mount (to be bolted to the lifter) in order to use it. The lifter does go up and down. The cabinet can be used indoors but is also varnished and designed for outdoor use.
Cabinet is pretty large and heavy, so bring a pickup, van, or potentially an XL SUV.
