This couch is about 8 years old and has been used. It comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. Please be aware of the following:
The fabric has some general fading from use.
Important: The side panel of the chaise lounge section has become loose and is starting to detach from the base. It likely needs to be re-secured or re-bolted. (Please see photos).
