Dining table is solid wood (pretty heavy) and has a glass top with beige/light brown coloring. It can extend to be longer to give more space, or to pull up some extra folding chairs when you have guests over (which is what we've done). Comes with four chairs. Table and chairs are $200. It has some normal wear and tear: there is some sun-bleaching on the two table legs that used to face the window/sun, and the upholstery on the chairs has some stains from things like drink spills, which we've cleaned to the best of our ability. Could probably take a small upholstery cleaner to them if you wanted.
Everything is extremely structurally sound, has withstood several moves, and is overall in good condition. We're just looking to change up our style in the kitchen which is why we're selling.
The hutch is black wood, with a simple mid-century modern design. It's been great as extra storage in our dining/kitchen area to store things like extra large bowls, serving trays, and the odd-shaped baking dish. Selling for $100.
