Quality made, lightly used, and well maintained! Condition wise this is basically 'like-new' - was rarely used. No pets, no smoking, nothing broken, no tears, no stains.

—> however if you need help getting it inside, or up a floor or maybe two, I can ~possibly help (add a min. of +$75 on top of delivery fee). In the case of stairs, I would need to know more about stair situation ahead of committing.
This item has some weight to it, so if I am able to do it/commit, I still would need help moving around corners / going up a flight or two.
